PARLIAMENTARY GOVERNMENT
A parliamentary system, also known as parliamentarianism (and parliamentarism in U.S. English), is distinguished by the executive branch of government being dependent on the direct or indirect support of the parliament, often expressed through a vote of confidence. Hence, there is no clear-cut separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches, leading to a differing set of checks and balances compared to those found in a presidential republic. Parliamentary systems usually have a clear differentiation between the head of government and the head of state, with the head of government being the prime minister or premier, and the head of state often being an appointed figurehead or hereditary monarch with only minor or ceremonial powers. However, some parliamentary systems also have an elected president with many reserve powers as the head of state, providing some balance to these systems (called a parliamentary republic). As a general rule, constitutional monarchies have parliamentary systems.

Nursing in New Generation
New nurses tend to move forward and create things that are more useful and advance in term of health care managements. It is very appreciated now a days that new nurses tend to over come new challenges as the world has a fast changing planet.
Modern Nurse provides the following helpful tips for successful “day sleeping:”
• Keep the room as cool and as dark as possible with blackout shades or heavy drapes – the darker, the better.
• Use a fan, humidifier, or air cleaner to muffle the sounds of the day.
• Wear a sleep mask and use earplugs.
• Maintain a consistent sleep schedule, either immediately after or before work.
• Plan for at least eight hours of sleep.
• Take a warm bath to wind down when you get home.
• Avoid nicotine and caffeine for the last several hours of your shift (easier said than done).
• Avoid heavy meals and spicy foods that might cause heartburn and gas.
• Limit what you drink several hours before your shift ends so you don’t repeatedly have to get up to go to the bathroom.
• Lie still, consciously slow your breathing, systematically relax your muscles from head to toe, and visualize yourself falling deeper and deeper into sleep.
• Use a short-acting sleep medication (if prescribed) as a last resort only.
SWINE FLU......
Transmission of novel influenza A (H1N1) is being studied as part of the ongoing outbreak investigation, but limited data available indicate that this virus is transmitted in ways similar to other influenza viruses. Seasonal human influenza viruses are thought to spread from person to person primarily through large-particle respiratory droplet transmission (e.g., when an infected person coughs or sneezes near a susceptible person). Transmission via large-particle droplets requires close contact between source and recipient persons because droplets do not remain suspended in the air and generally travel only a short distance (< 6 feet). Contact with contaminated surfaces is another possible source of transmission and transmission via droplet nuclei (also called “airborne” transmission). Because data on the transmission of novel H1N1 viruses are limited, the potential for ocular, conjunctival, or gastrointestinal infection is unknown. Since this is a novel influenza A virus in humans, transmission from infected persons to close contacts might be common. All respiratory secretions and bodily fluids (diarrheal stool) of novel influenza A (H1N1) cases should be considered potentially infectious.

EDUCATION TO THE POOR

The role of education in poverty eradication, in close co-operation with other social sectors, is crucial. No country has succeeded if it has not educated its people. Not only is education important in reducing poverty, it is also a key to wealth creation. Within this context, one of the pledges of the for Action - Education for All: Meeting our Collective Commitments - was "to promote EFA policies within a sustainable and well-integrated sector framework clearly linked to poverty elimination and development strategies".
Undertaking this research was disheartening at first. In each country I visited, officials from national governments and international agencies that donate funds for the expansion of state-run education denied that private education for the poor even existed. In China senior officials told me that what I was describing was “logically impossible” because “China has achieved universal public education and universal means for the poor as well as the rich.” At other times, in other places, I met with polite, if embarrassed, apologies that always went something like, “Sorry, in our country, private schools are for the privileged, not the poor.”
Any child depends on others for support and education. In the Objectivist view, parents are obligated to provide a reasonable minimum in this regard, but beyond that parents have the right to vary the degree of their investment. And others are free to invest in the child's education as they choose and the parents permit.
Who will support meritorious children and young adults in seeking a good education? Those who care to, or those who can make money from doing so. Those who care to will include philanthropists and universities bent on finding brilliant students.
But let's consider the latter group, though the former have been bountiful. In a free society, it is quite conceivable that poor people with potential should be able to finance their education by taking out loans. The main reason such loans are not widely available now without government support is the personal bankruptcy laws, which show little respect for contracts. Under a system that held people to debt obligations (allowing bankrupts to manage, not evade, debts), loans for education should be a good business. Just as today one can go to professional school on commercial loans, so could one get a college education in a system based on individual freedom and responsibility. Of course, this only works if one graduates from University prepared to get a good job and earn enough to pay back one's loans, but that's how it should be.

COMPUTER: VISION PROBLEM

Reading a computer screen is hard on your eyes because of the way the characters are formed on the monitor. The video display is made up of pixels, or tiny dots, rather than solid images as on a printed page. Because your eyes cannot "lock" focus on these dots, your eyes must continually focus and refocus to keep the image sharp. This refocusing results in stress to your eye muscles. In addition, your eyes blink less frequently when you are using a computer, causing the eye surface to dry out and become irritated. The irritation makes focusing even more difficult, which can lead to headaches and neck pain.
Computer Vision Syndrome can be even worse for people who have refractive disorders, binocular vision, accommodative (focusing) disorders, or dry eye.
Children who use computers may be even more susceptible to CVS than adults. Children often keep performing enjoyable tasks, such as computer games, with great concentration for hours with few breaks. This type of prolonged activity without significant breaks can cause eye focusing problems and eye irritation.
What steps can you take to minimize CVS?
The most important factors in preventing and treating CVS have to do with the ergonomic environment, which is the body's position relative to the computer and the external environment. This includes lighting conditions, chair comfort, location of reference materials (perhaps using document holders), and the position of the monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

STATE OF INSECURITY
Many people are looking forward to the new year with uneasiness. Judging by the record of the last couple of years the new millennium is off to a rough start. Terrorism, war, random violence, climate change, recession and potentially dangerous new technologies are all contributing to a mood of public anxiety, even fear.
Insecurity and conflict: affect the availability of food through the destruction of productive assets, household food stores and the disruption of commodity trade networks; undermine economic access to food through, for example, the diminution of financial assets, and limit physical access to food sources such as markets due to the presence of conflict front lines or roadblocks; and are unambiguous determinants of the temporal dimension of food security, stability. The combination of these dimensions, and in conjunction with climate, shape livelihood strategies and have clear outcomes in terms of food and livelihood security. The risk of international terror, a and a continuous crisis can lead to and horrible as
conflict increases the probability of civil war, while the risk of civil war increases the
probability of international conflict. The risk of losing office does not affect the proba-
bility of civil war, but the risk of civil war—not surprisingly—significantly affects the
probability of losing office. Finally, and in stark contrast to the postulated logic of
the diversionary use of force, we find that a higher risk of losing office decreases the
probability of international conflict even after we control for the endogenous risk of
civil war.

SALARY

When you are negotiating your wages, you need to be confident in your answers, and in what you are asking. If the question never comes up during the interview, then you need to initiate the topic. Look the employer in the eye, showing you are not afraid of any topic, any time. Ask what the salary is. If the answer is not high enough for you, add additional questions.
Looking the person in the eye, with a strong voice, ask what the benefits are, and when reviews for raises are considered. If you are not happy with the answer, make a statement along the lines of: "I was expecting the position to pay $X." If you are not satisfied with the beginning salary, set expectations about when you expect reviews, or find out what the company has in their policy for reviews and raises in compensation.
- State that you will have to think about it, and then don't call the employer for a week. If you are not calling the employer and they need to fill this position right away, there is a chance they will call you and offer you a higher wage.
- You can ask for additional benefits, such as the gas card, expense account, cellular phone, or extended vacation time.
- Your compensation also includes a combination of sick time, personal time, and medical benefits. If you are not able to get the higher salary you want or need, inquire about the company paying full medical benefits, more sick time, more personal days, and similar types of benefits. These are benefits that hourly employees may not be offered but ones that you can negotiate into your salary package.

EARNING PROFIT

You should utilize the services of the Internet in order to tap new markets.
The money required to set up a website is not much, but the returns could be dramatically pleasing to your pocket.
Try to enter new markets in inexpensive ways so that when times improve, you will have already settled in and have started reaping the benefits.
You can also form partnerships with other businesses to market each other’s products on a profit-sharing basis.
On the other hand, postpone non-critical expenses or try to split them up so that your cash flow is not adversely affected.
In this method, you will have to pay incentives only when targets are achieved. This will motivate your employees to put in extra effort for that extra money.
This will prove to be a win-win situation for both of you.
Do not apply for a new loan until you have repaid the old loan. Make all your credit card payments on time, since the interest on this type of debt is extremely high.

AFTER WINTER
from the vanishing clouds full of rain
and thunder;
In my rooms of loneliness, where i should
always lie on my back just to think something
In my window pane, i see gently, the drops of water
goes down, from an oval greenish leaf;
Which usually bath the whole column of branches, and connected twigs
No more umbrellas and coated suits except
boats and shoes, I've hurried down the stairs, goes out the house and look above
the sky; Yelling! no more rain!
Visualizing the long rays of the sun that radiating to the
cotton clouds, creating a mass of colors, in a concave form
Same as i have taken off my despair,
punctured pointed torn and a locked chain, now I'm freely flexible and
movable,
Continued my journey where should i meet my dreams

THE ENVIRONMENT

As we all know, many changes happened in our present time that can trigger each individual, especially, politics, technology, culture, and religion. But the question is, the highlights of all. Many people like that way like this way. Thus, "morality" comes up? of course yes, every time you wake up in the morning, you see busy street, people walking buy, here there and everywhere vendors and sellers. People now a days tyring to solve what is unsolved. Need to keep up what is unfinished. As we all know, changes well happen time to time," critiques" never fail, if we talk about CHANGES.
