In other word they run as candidates but they are lack off, shame to them ,they try to hypnotize the people, poor people. They spend a lot of money but they steal four times they spend before. Middle East Problem
Many people suffer from continuous destruction of many buildings and establishments. Lack of security,funds,uncoordinated leadership style and beliefs with no proof are the answer of the problem
More and more people suffer from extravaganza events children and family lost, and other love ones.
Why some human tend to ignore what is good and GOD'S will, rather than materials things.Things exist on earth will not last long. They pretend to show they are concern but originally they have nothing.
Philosophy of different races will reign in succeeding ages,followed by theory of many beings. Other can destruct and other can rebuild, Hopefully musics and logic must be dedicated for world wide peace.

MODERN NURSING:
New nurses tend to move forward and create things that are more useful and advance in term of health care managements.It is very appreciated now a days that new nurses tend to over come new challenges as the world has a fast changing planet.
Modern Nurse provides the following helpful tips for successful “day sleeping:”
• Keep the room as cool and as dark as possible with blackout shades or heavy drapes – the darker, the better.
• Use a fan, humidifier, or air cleaner to muffle the sounds of the day.
• Wear a sleep mask and use earplugs.
• Maintain a consistent sleep schedule, either immediately after or before work.
• Plan for at least eight hours of sleep.
• Take a warm bath to wind down when you get home.
• Avoid nicotine and caffeine for the last several hours of your shift (easier said than done).
• Avoid heavy meals and spicy foods that might cause heartburn and gas.
• Limit what you drink several hours before your shift ends so you don’t repeatedly have to get up to go to the bathroom.
• Lie still, consciously slow your breathing, systematically relax your muscles from head to toe, and visualize yourself falling deeper and deeper into sleep.
• Use a short-acting sleep medication (if prescribed) as a last resort only.
