PARLIAMENTARY GOVERNMENT
Opposing the change of the constitution, mark the protest of many people. It will create a great devastating counterpart activities in the one who forcefully endorse to the community but what is in the PARLIAMENTARY Government:
A parliamentary system, also known as parliamentarianism (and parliamentarism in U.S. English), is distinguished by the executive branch of government being dependent on the direct or indirect support of the parliament, often expressed through a vote of confidence. Hence, there is no clear-cut separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches, leading to a differing set of checks and balances compared to those found in a presidential republic. Parliamentary systems usually have a clear differentiation between the head of government and the head of state, with the head of government being the prime minister or premier, and the head of state often being an appointed figurehead or hereditary monarch with only minor or ceremonial powers. However, some parliamentary systems also have an elected president with many reserve powers as the head of state, providing some balance to these systems (called a parliamentary republic). As a general rule, constitutional monarchies have parliamentary systems.

Middle East Problem
Many people suffer from continuous destruction of many buildings and establishments. Lack of security, funds, uncoordinated leadership style and beliefs with no proof are the answer of the problem
More and more people suffer from extravaganza events children and family lost, and other love ones.
Why some human tend to ignore what is good and GOD'S will, rather than materials things.Things exist on earth will not last long. They pretend to show they are concern but originally they have nothing.
Philosophy of different races will reign in succeeding ages, followed by theory of many beings. Other can destruct and other can rebuild, Hopefully musics and logic must be dedicated for world wide peace.

Nursing in New Generation
MODERN NURSING:
New nurses tend to move forward and create things that are more useful and advance in term of health care managements. It is very appreciated now a days that new nurses tend to over come new challenges as the world has a fast changing planet.
Modern Nurse provides the following helpful tips for successful “day sleeping:”

• Use a fan, humidifier, or air cleaner to muffle the sounds of the day.
• Wear a sleep mask and use earplugs.
• Maintain a consistent sleep schedule, either immediately after or before work.
• Plan for at least eight hours of sleep.
• Take a warm bath to wind down when you get home.
• Avoid nicotine and caffeine for the last several hours of your shift (easier said than done).
• Avoid heavy meals and spicy foods that might cause heartburn and gas.
• Limit what you drink several hours before your shift ends so you don’t repeatedly have to get up to go to the bathroom.
• Lie still, consciously slow your breathing, systematically relax your muscles from head to toe, and visualize yourself falling deeper and deeper into sleep.
• Use a short-acting sleep medication (if prescribed) as a last resort only.

SWINE FLU......
TRANSMISSION DATA
Transmission of novel influenza A (H1N1) is being studied as part of the ongoing outbreak investigation, but limited data available indicate that this virus is transmitted in ways similar to other influenza viruses. Seasonal human influenza viruses are thought to spread from person to person primarily through large-particle respiratory droplet transmission (e.g., when an infected person coughs or sneezes near a susceptible person). Transmission via large-particle droplets requires close contact between source and recipient persons because droplets do not remain suspended in the air and generally travel only a short distance (< 6 feet). Contact with contaminated surfaces is another possible source of transmission and transmission via droplet nuclei (also called “airborne” transmission). Because data on the transmission of novel H1N1 viruses are limited, the potential for ocular, conjunctival, or gastrointestinal infection is unknown. Since this is a novel influenza A virus in humans, transmission from infected persons to close contacts might be common. All respiratory secretions and bodily fluids (diarrheal stool) of novel influenza A (H1N1) cases should be considered potentially infectious.
